All of our products are made to order using only the finest materials. We work with experts to produce our designs but they are truly brought to life by your vision. You make each build and stitch unique and we work tirelessly to give you the perfect Nursery.
We've tried to make our order process simple to make sure we can create your dream products just how you want them. At Linglux we specialise in perfection and pride ourselves on our service to you.
Please make sure you are familiar with all the information we need from you with regards to personalisation, colour, materials and measurements.
We have broken it down for you in our brochure which you can download to browse at your leisure.

BROWSE
Browse our products online, book an appointment virtually or to attend either of our showrooms, which are situated in Essex and Dubai (by appointment only).
DECIDE
Decide what items you would like and make sure you’re aware of the lead times for your items. Please note this is 18-20 weeks for furniture and Xweeks for clothing and accessories.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Simply place an order for that item/items detailing your requirements via the product pages (you can get more info on this by clicking on the images below)
CONFIRMATION
We will send you an order confirmation for your payment within a few minutes of your order via email.
DETAIL CHECK
You will also receive an email from us confirming your personal requirements for your order (such as colours etc) within a week of your order being placed. This is to avoid any errors before your build commences.
DIGITAL VIEWING
You will receive a digital mockup image via email within a week of your order. Once approved we will then move on to manufacture your order.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
We will keep you informed of our progress along the way so you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.
PRE DELIVERY
Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will contact you with a final shipping cost which will be payable before we dispatch.
You final payment (if not already paid) will also be due at this stage.
DELIVERY
Once your order is ready to be dispatched a member of our team will get in touch to arrange delivery and assembly at a date convenient to you.
