How deposits work?

When paying a deposit for your order with Ling Lux we will charge you 50% of the order total. This amount is payable immediately upon order. 

We will then contact you once your order is ready to be dispatched and give you notification that we about to charge your card for the remaining 50%.

Your payment method will be kept on file to allow us to charge the remaining balance before we are ready to ship your order to you.

Once your order is ready to ship, your payment method will be charged automatically and then deleted for security purposes.
